We work under Monument Realty. In two years we’ve represented more than a hundred families and closed over $60 million, nearly all of it in five North Dallas cities.
The unusual part is how we learned it. Every week we film neighbourhoods, tour builder inventory and publish what we find on The Dallas Diary, whether or not it helps a deal close. That keeps our picture of the market honest and current, and most clients already know how we think before we meet.
There are four of us: Zack and Lora on every client, with a full-time assistant and a transaction coordinator behind them.
